Cheeky Squirt Gel is infused with natural ingredients like chamomile (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA (MATRICARIA) FLOWER EXTRACT) and Immortelle (HELICHRYSUM ITALICUM EXTRACT) for soothing purposes.  PH balance through the natural fermentation from sugar.

The Cheeky Squirt gel has a pH value of 5.5. This pH level is designed to be similar to the natural pH of the skin. Cheeky Squirt gel contains a slight sent of jasmine.

For sure.  You will feel extra clean and fresh when you have those days.  We encourage our customers to pop a bottle of Cheeky Squirt Gel into every toilet in your home and educate the importance of personal hygiene from an early age.

We recommend using it on toilet paper only.     The aim of Cheeky Squirt gel was to create a product that could be used in conjunction with toilet paper that can be easily disposed of down the toilet.

We recommend you try with one good squirt.  It really all depends on how dirt is on you.   We recommend cleaning of an excess with dry toilet paper and then use Cheeky Squirt gel to clean and freshen.

This all depends on your toilet habits and how much you require.   A bottle can last up to 2  to 6 months if one person is using it.   Approximately 150 squirt out of a bottle.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia our fees are worked out based on weight.  up to 1kg is $10. 1 to 3 kg is $15 and 3 to 5kg is $25.   As we grow in volume we anticipate our freight fees to come down and we can then pass them on to you.

How long will it take to get my delivery?

Allow 2-7 business days for delivery.  Please note in this COVID-19 period Australia Post and other courier companies have seen a large increase in Online shopping so we ask that you be patient.  Our Cheeky Team will endeavor to get it out of our warehouse as quickly as possible and in the hands of delivery partners.  
If I make a mistake on my delivery or shipping address, can I change it?
Email us straight away at clean@cheekysquirt.com.au.  Please provide us with your full name, order number and confirm the correct delivery address.  Also please ensure you have provided your contact number, just in case we need to contact you to confirm.  If we haven’t already dispatched it we can update this information and relabel it for you.

A Pre-Order is where our customers place an order for our product prior to it being available for purchase. We usually offer the option to pre-order while our product is being manufactured.  Once we receive them, we then ship them out to our pre-order customers first.

Returns and Refunds

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we offer a 30 day change of mind refund policy from date of purchase. To be eligible for change of mind return, the product must have not been used and is in the same condition that you received it.   As this is a personal care product, we do not offer any refunds on any open or used product unless the goods have a major problem. A major problem is when an item:-
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is unsafe
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked
for and can’t be easily fixed.
 If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. 
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty:  As a precaution we suggested you use request tracking service on returned goods as the shipping risk is carried by the sender/customer.

Is Cheeky Squirt Gel supposed to be quite runny?

Yes! Cheeky Squirt is a gel, but it has been deliberately formulated with a lighter, more fluid consistency rather than being thick or sticky.We tested different consistencies during development and found that a lighter gel works best. It spreads easily on toilet paper, feels fresh and comfortable to use, and importantly, helps Cheeky Squirt self-dry quickly after wiping without leaving you feeling wet or sticky.For best results, pump Cheeky Squirt directly onto your toilet paper and wipe straight away. If left sitting, it will eventually absorb into the toilet paper — that's completely normal.Light enough to spread. Moist enough to clean. Designed to self-dry.
