We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we offer a 30 day change of mind refund policy from date of purchase. To be eligible for change of mind return, the product must have not been used and is in the same condition that you received it. As this is a personal care product, we do not offer any refunds on any open or used product unless the goods have a major problem.
