A Pre-Order is where our customers place an order for our product prior to it being available for purchase. We usually offer the option to pre-order while our product is being manufactured. Once we receive them, we then ship them out to our pre-order customers first.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we offer a 30 day change of mind refund policy from date of purchase. To be eligible for change of mind return, the product must have not been used and is in the same condition that you received it. As this is a personal care product, we do not offer any refunds on any open or used product unless the goods have a major problem. A major problem is when an item:-
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is unsafe
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked
for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty: As a precaution we suggested you use request tracking service on returned goods as the shipping risk is carried by the sender/customer.
