RETURNS POLICY

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Unfortunately, like many companies, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Likewise, we do not accept returns or refunds for Cheeky Squirt purchases bought through any third party (ie independent store stocking out product).

 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. When returning your product we recommend you use a tracking service as the shopping risk of the product is the responsibility of the sender.

Once we have received your returned goods we will and quality of the product approved we will notify you of the refund which will be processed to the original method of payment.
