Terms and Conditions

  • The Cheeky Crew Program rewards customers, partners, and friends who help spread the word about Cheeky Squirt Gel.

  • By joining the program, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in Australia.

  • Businesses or organisations may join with prior approval.

  • Employees or contractors of Cheeky Squirt Pty Ltd may participate only with written consent.

  • Rewards are earned when a referred customer makes a qualifying purchase using your unique referral code.

  • A personal code will be provided for you to share and promote.

  • The current reward is a 20% commission on approved sales.

  • Participants may choose to receive their commission or donate the equivalent amount to a registered Australian charity of their choice.

  • Only one offer can be applied per order — no other promotional discounts from Cheeky Squirt Pty Ltd may be used at the same time.

  • Cheeky Squirt Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the commission rate or program structure at any time; participants will be advised of any updates.

  • Rewards will be processed once per month, on specific processing dates set by Cheeky Squirt Pty Ltd.

  • Payments or donations for verified referrals will be included in the next monthly processing cycle following approval.

  • Charity donations will be made quarterly, with confirmation available upon request.

  • Please share Cheeky Squirt Gel responsibly — no spam, misleading claims, or paid ads using Cheeky Squirt’s brand name.

  • Cheeky Squirt Pty Ltd may withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

  • Personal information collected through the program will be used only for tracking referrals, processing rewards, and program communications.

  • All personal data is handled in accordance with the Cheeky Squirt Privacy Policy.

  • Cheeky Squirt Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

  • Any verified rewards at the time of change will still be honoured.

  • Participation in the program confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
